All the underground work such as sewer connection, gas line, water line and electricity are completed and are at each property line and ready for connection after the construction of the building has started.

The following lot numbers are part of phase I.   Lots number 1 to 25 and lot 69 to 77.

Each lot is a different size however the average size is approximately 1000 square meter.

Prices are subject to change however it is on a first come first serve basis. Any changes to the price will be published.
